Lebron fans, what makes you believe that Lebron should be the MVP?

The MVP is the best player on the best team. Thats the criteria that NBA uses.

Which means that it comes down to two players:

Kobe Bryant and Kevin Garnett.

since Kevin Garnett missed 9 games, and has had more help around him all year than Bryant did... Bryant should be the MVP if the season ended today.

Where does Lebron come into this conversation?

His team is 9 games above .500, fourth in a weak Eastern conference.

and about his wonderful stats, remember this: if the MVP was based on Stats, then Kobe should have won the MVP 2 seasons ago when he averaged 35 ppg.

and the season is not over yet, the Hornets could top the Lakers and Chris Paul could win the award. T-Mac is also on fire these days, but there is no topping the Celtics in the East, which eliminates Lebron out of this contention.

So, Lebron is not the MVP Candidate this season. Case Closed.

Sorry, but you don't have the power to close the case. I don't understand why every Kobe fan is so worried, they are constantly posting things about Kobe being MVP. If you really believe in what your saying... then calm down... Kobe will win MVP if his Lakers continue to go strong in the West, which they will. Sooo calm down... because Kobe will WIN!

and as for LeBron he has plenty of time. PLENTY!
Most Valuable Player. Not best player. Most valuable. Celtics and Lakers could do ok without KB or KG. But the Cavaliers would be beyond bad without Lebron. And also who made you boss of handing out the award. Just because you say its case closed means nothing!
