Bigger accomplishment?

A) 72 wins in regular season

B) 11 out of 13 championships won

C) Triple Double in one season

D) 38000+ points in a career

E) 1120 victories as a coach in NBA

F) 100 points scored by ONLY one player

Bigger accomplishment?

1. 11 out of 13 championships won

NBA titles aren't easy to come by these days and even playing for a dynasty will be hard to land you half that amount (11) of championship rings.

2. 1120 victories as a coach in NBA

A four figure achievement takes a really long time to attain. If a coach leads a team that wins 30+ games each season, it will take him around 37 years to get to 1120 victories while a team that wins 40+ games every year, will take 28 seasons of coach. That means if you coach a team that made the playoffs every year, it will take you around 20 - 25 years to get to this milestone.

3. 72 wins in a regular season

It takes a lot to win that many games in the regular season and that means you either have to be dominant enough or the league has to really suck that year, which is a rare circumstance. No team has ever came close to obtaining 70 wins due to the fact that they are trying to rest players for the post season or they may have been hit with the injury bug. Too many obstacles in the way only makes it harder to accomplish this feat.

4. Triple Double in one season

Averaging a triple double nowadays is almost impossible because of the increasing pace of the game, the improvement of opposing defenses, and the limited level of talent on each team compared to back in the days. You literally have to be a great passer and an aggressive rebounder average a triple double. Only Phoenix, Detroit, and Denver feature a star cast lineups that can facilitate process of getting assists. So unless you've got great size, height, speed, and ball handling capabilities - accomplishing this feat. is harder than it looks.

5. 100 points scored by ONLY one player

You would probably never see this achievement done in a game ever again but it's certainly not impossible because if Kobe could score 81 points then 100 points is certainly not out of range. The increase level of talented players in the league today certain makes it possible to make this happen, even though it's highly unlikely.

6. 38,000+ points in a career

This is probably the least challenging choice available because it is an individual lifetime achievement. If a player lands in the right situation and becomes the go-to guy for a team with no other good player, this career goal is definitely within reach. Scoring in the NBA over a long career has never been an issue, the main focus should be whether how long a player can last in the NBA and his durability issues.

Bigger accomplishment?nba live 2006 ,nba teams

B) 11 out of 13 championships won
11 out of 13 championships is a bigger accomplishment because you have to play with different players, later in the run you are playing younger players, and it takes hard work and dedication to win that many times in that long of span. Plus it is about the team playing together and not about one player.
B) John Wooden knew how to coach his Bruins, baby!
Being married to a woman that does not know everything.
1.100 points by a single player is one mean feat to accomplish

kobe said himself it was hard to score 81

2. 11 out of 13 championship wins is 1. a dyansty 2. a model of consistency

3. 1120 victories is very hard t ac complish when u consdier playoffs games etc

4.38000 is also a sign of a great scorer

5. 72 wins in a regualr season is impressive but won't get u anything but top seed (dallas mavericks)

6. tirple double- u could just be having a very good day
11 out of 13 championships, all that other stuff is great but you play the game to win championships so that is paramount.

72 wins in the regular season, very impressive considering the mental and physical grind of the season. plus throw in that they won the championship that year.

triple double in one season average, its damn near impossible in today's game which makes it that much more impressive. plus considering how those type if stats help your team and its even more impressive.

38000 points in a career is impressive due to the consistency of it. but he also played like 20+ years. also consider that he doesnt have anywhere near the scoring titels that jordan has (10). its impressive but not that impressive.

100 points in a (regular season) game is also very impressive but put it in context. wilt was a beast in comparison to everyone else at the time. if it was in the playoffs it would be alot more impressive. also if it was in today's nba i'd be more impressed. one performance as amazing as it is in a regular season game doesnt do much to the bottom line of winning a championship, the ultimate goal. did wilt win one that year? did kobe win one when he scored 82? exactly.

1120 victories by a coach. players win games. coaches help for sure, but ultimately players make it happen.
C) Oscar Robertson
1) 100 points

2) 11 out of 13 championships

3) 72 wins

4) 38000+ points

5) 1120 victories as a coach

6) triple double
bulls '95-'96 nba season

i think that's the celtics dynasty

oscar robertson

kareem

red? is that you?

wilt the stilt

to all of those, i'd love to win as a coach. to facilitate players and getting them to play to win is better than setting individual accolades. my opinion of course
??????? ok i see oscar or wilt...wilt cuz of the 100Pts
